Years ago, Charlotte joined us as an intern. Now, this fashionista rocks the show with the rest of Smart.pr’s support crew. From nitty gritty deep-down-in-the-mud product questions right on to guiding new clients through our software at first use, there’s not a thing you can’t ask our customer success manager.
